The assigned Lead Auditor visits your production site to conduct a rigorous audit, carefully structured to safeguard your product’s value throughout the transaction.
Sampling
Following GDP Annex 1 & ISO 17025 standards, our process ensures statistically validated sampling based on batch volume and strain characteristics. Each sample is vacuum-sealed in tamper-evident bags, digitally codified, and logged into the Clear Chain of Custody (CoC) system. Samples are then shipped in IATA, ADR, and IMDG-compliant containers, maintaining regulatory conformity for international transport.
Sealing
Once sampling is complete, each batch is sealed using certified tamper-evident systems, ensuring protection from contamination, tampering, or unauthorized access. The system automatically generates an immutable digital serial number (SN), directly embedded into the interactive label, enabling seamless customs clearance, regulatory inspections, and buyer authentication by linking to the compliance dossier generated for the batch.

Lab analysis
All samples are tested in ISO 17025-accredited laboratories, ensuring validated methodologies and precise, reproducible results. Each analysis confirms batch compliance with regulatory standards, verifying cannabinoid profiles, contaminants, and microbiological safety parameters.
