Privacy notice
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This page says what personal data this site collects, why, and what happens to it. It is short because the site collects little.
Who decides how your data is used
Clear S.r.l. Società Benefit runs this site and is the data controller for everything described here. Write to administration@clearsrlsb.com for anything on this page, including to exercise the rights below.
What we collect, and why
The quotation form asks for your company, your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your answers about the audit you need. We use them to prepare the quotation you asked for and to reply to you. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked us to take before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
The consultation page embeds the Zoom scheduler. What you type there, your name, your email and the slot you pick, goes to Zoom to create the meeting under Zoom’s own privacy statement, and the embedded calendar sets Zoom’s cookies and loads Zoom’s scripts.
If you write to us by email, we receive your address and what you send, and we use them to answer you.
Where the data lives
Quotation requests are written as single records into our own database, hosted by Supabase. The public part of this site can file a request and cannot read any back; we read them ourselves to answer you.
We do not sell personal data, we run no advertising and no analytics, and this site sets no cookies of its own. The one exception is the embedded Zoom calendar described above.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request and, if an engagement follows, for as long as the engagement and the legal duties that come with it require. When neither applies any more, we delete it. Write to us to have it deleted earlier.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us, at administration@clearsrlsb.com, for any of the following. We answer within one month.
- Access the data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Have your data deleted.
- Restrict or object to how it is used.
- Receive it in a portable format.
- Complain to a supervisory authority. In Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
